A role that should already exist.

Access doesn't need another developer. Access needs a permanent, embedded partner who lives inside the pathway and operates the AI stack at a level that lets the organization ship infrastructure at the speed consciousness moves. A Claude Integrator. Here's what that means.

I.Definition

What a Claude Integrator is.

A Claude Integrator is a senior engineer who operates an AI-accelerated stack (Claude Code plus an agent-based build system) as a function of the organization — not as an external vendor.

The role replaces what used to require a CTO, two to three engineers, a product designer, and ongoing platform tooling fees. Not by doing less work. By doing more work with a smaller surface, at a speed that turns a quarterly roadmap into a weekly one.

For an organization like Access — 13,000+ facilitators, 173 countries, classes and content flowing constantly through scattered tools — the role exists to make the digital surface of Access one coherent thing, iterated directly, owned outright.

What the work actually looks like.

Not agency hours. Not "request a quote, wait six weeks." The rhythm of the role is closer to how Gary runs the tour: what's needed this week gets shipped this week; what emerges in Simone's morning call on Tuesday exists in production by Friday.

  • Weekly sprint, in sync with Access's pace
    One live call a week with whoever's leading the work. Async otherwise. No standups, no story points, no two-week sprints for things that need to ship Tuesday.
  • 24-hour response on anything critical
    If something breaks during a live class, during a Global Foundation, during a launch — the fix is the same day. I keep pager-style coverage, not business hours.
  • Embedded in Access's internal comms
    Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp — wherever the internal team already lives. I'm not a contractor you email through a portal. I'm in the room.
  • Ships production, not deliverables
    Everything I build goes live. Real infrastructure, hardened, monitored, owned by Access on day one. No handoff theater.
  • Direct to the decision-makers
    No account managers, no project coordinators, no middleware. You want something built or changed, you say it to me. It happens.
